Updated the navbar! Hooray. After much testing and fiddling to get it to work perfectly with all browsers, I have come up with what you see above. It's like apedia's but better. I'm quite glad I could get it to match with the site. I can't say how long it took to set up, it was quite hard, but worth it obviously.

Also, I added the footer to each page. Now the counter works the way it's supposed to, regarding visits and page views. Also added some nice little pictures underneath the copyright as well.

Made an IRC rules page since thewreck posted one on the Darian forums. I also put a link to the rules from the pjIRC page. Also, the new IRC stats can be seen. Added the IRC client and IRC rules to the community index page.

Added the new links to the navbar and reorganized the content on the navbar.
